Beth is a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with nearly ten years’ experience across Behaviour Support and Early childhood intervention roles and settings. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from Deakin University and is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where people feel understood, valued, and empowered to reach their goals.
Beth is committed to trauma-informed care and neuroaffirming practice, working closely with participants, families, and support networks to develop personalised strategies that build resilience, enhance independence, and promote everyday wellbeing. She believes every person has unique strengths, and her role is to collaborate in ways that honour those strengths while reducing barriers and restrictive practices. Beth's background includes roles across disability and allied health organisations, where she has provided early intervention supports, developed Behaviour Support Plans, delivered practical strategies for families and carers, and coached support teams to feel confident and equipped. These experiences have shaped her collaborative style and strong focus on achieving meaningful, positive outcomes. Beth works Monday to Friday and can support children, adolescents and adults, with a particular speciality in working with children, teens and their families, across Geelong, Bellarine, Colac and surrounding areas. |
