Elle Brown is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Step 2 Allied Health. At Step 2 Allied Health, Elle employs a person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed approach, ensuring her practice is inclusive and empathetic. Dedicated to continuous professional growth, she has completed extensive training in trauma-informed practices, cultural competence, and mental health. Elle's holistic approach and commitment to professional development underscore her dedication to delivering high-quality support and care. Elle works Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week. Elle can work with individuals aged 6 to 30 across Geelong, Lara, Colac and surrounds. |
