Behaviour Support Practitioner

Elle Brown is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Step 2 Allied Health. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Primary Education from La Trobe University. With over 10 years of experience in education and social work roles, including leadership roles, Elle has developed a comprehensive skill set in creating tailored support strategies and intervention plans. Her extensive background includes working with children who have experienced trauma and those with multiple diagnoses, reflecting her commitment to fostering supportive and adaptive environments.

At Step 2 Allied Health, Elle employs a person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed approach, ensuring her practice is inclusive and empathetic. Dedicated to continuous professional growth, she has completed extensive training in trauma-informed practices, cultural competence, and mental health. Elle's holistic approach and commitment to professional development underscore her dedication to delivering high-quality support and care.
Elle works on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays each week. Elle can work with individuals aged 6 to 30 across Geelong, Lara, Colac and surrounds.
