Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner

Holly is a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner at Step 2 Allied Health, with a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Deakin University. Over the past two years, Holly has gained extensive experience in the Northern Territory, where she held roles including Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner and Remote Services Lead, showcasing her strong clinical expertise and leadership abilities. Before her roles in the NT, Holly worked as an NDIS Support Coordinator in Geelong. 

Holly's practice is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care. She is highly skilled in developing personalised interventions and behaviour support plans. Holly is passionate about advocacy and empowering individuals, ensuring positive outcomes through collaborative and client-centred approaches. Holly’s dedication to ongoing professional development is reflected in her additional training in Behavioural Interventions for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and SoSafe training.

Working Monday to Friday, Holly supports clients of all ages across Geelong, Colac, and surrounding areas.
