Support Worker/Therapy Assistant

Mikayla is a Support Worker and Therapy Assistant with Step 2 Allied Health, joining the team in 2026. Mikayla is in her third year studying a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Human Biology at Deakin University. Mikayla is passionate about working with people of all ages, with a particular interest in supporting children and their development. Mikayla previously has worked in a school as an Education Support Officer and currently coaches Netball and Volleyball. 

Outside of work and study, Mikayla enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, and attending Pilates.
