Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner
Natalie Colosimo is an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) from RMIT University and a Diploma in Art Therapy from Health and Harmony College. With extensive experience in the disability and community services sector, Natalie has previously worked with multiple organisations in various capacities including as a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner and a Supervisor.
Natalie has a background supporting people of all ages and from all walks of life but has a particular interest in supporting autistic children and their families, and values building strong, empathetic relationships with participants, families, and colleagues. Natalie is committed to lifelong learning and has completed training in neurodiversity-affirming practices, trauma-informed care and many other areas of practice. At Step 2 Allied Health, she continues to support clients in improving their quality of life. Natalie works Monday to Wednesday in Geelong and then from Melbourne on Thursdays. She works with participants aged 2-35 in Geelong, Lara, Werribee, Melbourne and Surrounds. |
