Natalie is an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) from RMIT University and a Diploma in Art Therapy from Health and Harmony College. With extensive experience in the disability and community services sector, Natalie has previously worked with multiple organisations in various capacities including as a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner and a Supervisor.
Natalie has a background supporting people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. Nevertheless, she has a particular interest in helping autistic children and their families, and values building strong, empathetic relationships with clients, families, and colleagues. Natalie is committed to lifelong learning and has completed training in neurodiversity-affirming practices, trauma-informed care and many other areas of practice. At Step 2 Allied Health, she continues to support clients in improving their quality of life. Natalie works in Geelong on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and then from Melbourne on Thursdays. She works with clients aged 2–35 in Geelong, Lara, Werribee, Melbourne and surrounds. |
