Support Worker/Therapy Assistant

Patrick is a Support Worker and Therapy Assistant at Step 2 Allied Health. Patrick has been working in the Disability sector for over five years. Pat holds a Certificate IV in Disability, and has ample experience supporting both children, adolescents and adults living with a disability and providing mental health support. Pat puts a focus on building trust, encouraging independence, and tailoring support to each individual. 

Pat has extensive experience working with people to build their capacity to live more independently - something he is passionate about. Helping people grow their skills and confidence to take more control of their lives is at the heart of his work, and brings energy, patience and care into everything he does.

Outside of work, Pat loves to travel, play video games, and watch the football - especially when Collingwood is playing.
