Support Worker/Therapy Assistant

Rachael is a Support Worker and Therapy Assistant, currently studying full time at Deakin University to become an Occupational Therapist. 
Rachael is passionate about building rapport and supporting clients of all ages to achieve their goals and live meaningful lives. Before/during the beginning her role at Step 2, she worked in a hospital as a Food Service Assistant for 4 years, primarily in Aged Care.

Outside of work and study, Rachael loves playing netball, spending time with all her animals, and enjoying quality time with her friends and family.
