Step 2 Allied Health offers Support Workers and Peer Mentorship to NDIS funded participants. Our friendly team of passionate and experienced individuals are committed to assisting participants to work towards and achieve their NDIS goals.

We understand and value that every journey is unique.

Using a person-centred approach, our Support Workers and Peer Mentors focus on the individual needs of the participant, guiding and empowering them to make their own decisions and work towards their individual goals. 
Our Support Work and Peer Mentor team work closely with participants on a multitude of daily life tasks which may include:
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Activity planning and implementation
  • Organisation
  • Support in the community
  • Assistance with coordinating appointments and/or support to appointments
  • Accessing local social events and groups
  • Building and supporting independence
  • Support in the home
  • Working towards specific NDIS goals
