At Step 2 Allied Health, our Behaviour Support team provides external training and consultancy to early childhood education and care (ECEC) services, schools, disability providers and community organisations. Our goal is to build confidence, deepen understanding and knowledge, and strengthen practical capability across a range of practice domains.

Our training is grounded in real-world practice. Every session is tailored to your service, team and context, whether that’s a 45-minute observation and reflective debrief for a classroom, or a full-day training for your whole service. We focus on strategies that are relevant to the challenges you face.

Fees:
Fees are discussed openly based on your service's needs. Whilst most services will incur a cost, some sessions (e.g. brief, once-off sessions) may be offered pro bono where appropriate. |
