​Step 2 Allied Health offer detailed clinical assessment evaluation services to guide diagnostic procedures, establish qualification for specialised resources (such as educational modifications and disability assistance), and aid in developing intervention strategies. Our clinical assessment process may include the following assessment types:
  • Intellectual Abilities ie Cognitive Assessments (eg., WISC, WAIS)
  • Mental Health and Disorder (eg., DSM-5 Screener, SCID, PCL, MMPI, MID-60)
  • Developmental/Neuro (eg., CARS, SRS, ASRS)
  • Learning and Executive Functioning (eg., BRIEF, Conners)
  • Adaptive Behavioural Functioning (eg., ABAS, ECANS, Vineland)
  • Social-Emotional and Behavioural Functioning (eg., BASC, MASC)
  • Risk and Threat Assessments

Our  assessment process and reports include:
  • In-depth clinical interview to identify factors pertinent to the situation.
  • Psychometric evaluations as per individual assessment type/referral questions.
  • Scientifically-based outcomes and practical recommendations. 
  • Feedback sessions are also encouraged to review the report, provide further clarification on the results, respond to any inquiries, and assist individuals and/or parents in comprehending additional intervention options available. 
  • Dual authorship and co-signing by a senior clinical or forensic psychologist. ​
